What is the difference between a dedicated desk and a hot desk?

A hot desk gives you flexible access to any open seat in the common area on a first-come, first-served basis. A dedicated desk is your own reserved workstation in a shared space, complete with personal storage, that is exclusively yours.

What amenities are included in a standard coworking plan?

All plans include high-speed Wi-Fi, access to meeting rooms, printing stations, breakout zones, complimentary tea/coffee, and a professional reception desk to handle your guests and mails.

Can I book meeting rooms on an hourly basis?

Yes! Our partner centers feature fully equipped meeting and conference rooms that can be booked dynamically by members via credit points or directly on an hourly basis.

Is there a lock-in period for coworking seats?

Not at all. Hot desking and dedicated desk plans are highly flexible and available on a month-to-month basis, allowing you to scale your team up or down with ease.

Can I use the coworking space address for my company registration?

Yes, we offer premium Virtual Office plans at all our prime locations in Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida that provide a business address, mail handling, and NOC for GST and company registration.

A managed office is a fully customized, private office suite tailored entirely to your brand's layout, furniture, and IT requirements. The daily operations, housekeeping, and utilities are fully managed by us.

Who is responsible for office upkeep and IT support?

We handle everything. From daily housekeeping and pantry management to high-end IT infrastructure support and security, your team can focus purely on business growth while we run the office.

What is the typical lease duration for a managed office?

Managed offices typically require a minimum lease commitment of 12 to 24 months, depending on the scale of branding, fit-outs, and custom modifications required.

Can we customize the branding and layout of our office?

Absolutely. Our managed office team works closely with you to design the interior layout, select premium furniture, configure custom IT security, and showcase your corporate branding throughout the suite.

How long does it take to move into a customized managed office?

Depending on the extent of custom layouts and design approvals, a fully customized managed office is typically delivered and ready for move-in within 30 to 45 days.
